Welcome to Proton International London.
Before proceeding with your treatment, please be aware that we do still have COVID-19 guidelines in place despite the relaxation of rules for the rest of the community. Considering this, we require all patients attending the hospital to take a Covid LFT test 72 hours prior to coming in to ensure all our vulnerable patients are safe and to reduce the risk of any transmission of sickness or flu. We appreciate your compliance in keeping yourselves, our vulnerable patients, and our staff safe.
Patients coming in for treatment will have a telephone screening by a member of staff the day before their treatment(s) for any covid related symptoms. It will be a short assessment to check whether you have recently or are currently experiencing any covid related symptoms in the past 72 hours prior to your appointment. As mentioned previously, we also require all patients attending the hospital to take a covid LFT test at least 72 hours before coming in for treatment or consultations.
If you are experiencing any covid related symptoms, please do not attend the hospital and please contact us. If you test positive for covid-19 before you have begun your treatment, the treatment will need to be postponed and then resumed after a 10-day period. Please keep us updated and we will be in contact to rearrange your appointments.
We kindly ask patients attending the hospital to wear the facemasks that are provided upon entry to the hospital and use the hand sanitisers. There is no need to bring your own masks as we provide clinical filtration masks, and you can dispose of them once you leave the hospital. The process does not take long at all and once you have your mask and have sanitised your hands, you will be guided to level B3 to be checked in for your appointment.
Once you begin treatment with us, we kindly ask that you comply with our covid testing procedures. We ask that you take an LFT test weekly before coming into the hospital so that we can maintain a safe environment for yourselves, other patients, and our staff.
